Senior Corporate Lawyer – Saudi Arabia & UAE

About the role

JP Legal is seeking a highly experienced lawyer with deep expertise in Saudi Arabian and UAE laws to advise corporate and commercial clients across both jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Support and structure cross‑border transactions between Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Saudi Arabian and UAE legislation.
• Assist businesses with corporate governance, commercial contracts, and advisory services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); a Master’s degree or additional qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws, regulations, and business practices.
• Proven experience advising corporate clients on legal and regulatory issues.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
