Senior Consultant – Leisure & Tours

About the role
Worldwide Travel & Tourism is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the development and promotion of leisure travel products within its Leisure Travel Division. You will shape holiday packages, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the delivery of memorable travel experiences for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Create, price, and manage holiday packages and tour programmes.
- Develop seasonal promotions and special travel offers.
- Negotiate hotel contracts, allotments, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and tourism partners.
- Monitor market trends and introduce new travel products.
- Maintain competitive pricing while safeguarding profitability.
- Support the sales team with product knowledge and destination expertise.
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leisure travel, holiday packages, and tour operations.
- Proven track record in travel package development, pricing, and hotel contracting.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic and French are a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
