Senior Client Services Lead

About the role

May Hanna Marketing is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Services Lead to drive client strategy and digital marketing performance across multiple accounts. The role blends client relationship management with hands‑on campaign execution, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day‑to‑day communication across several accounts.
• Develop and lead campaign strategies on Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketers and media buyers to align tactics with strategic goals.
• Analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROAS, leads, conversions) and prepare monthly reports, strategic reviews and presentations.
• Defend strategic decisions and clearly explain results to clients.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, art directors and the performance team.
• Plan, supervise and manage client photoshoots from concept to delivery, handling production logistics, styling direction and on‑set client management.
• Oversee timelines, revisions, approvals and delivery flow while identifying growth opportunities to strengthen client retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management and digital marketing within an agency environment.
• Strong command of English; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple premium clients under pressure and deliver results.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail or luxury sectors is advantageous.
