Senior Client Services Lead & Account Manager

About the role

May Hanna Marketing is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Services Lead who will also act as an Account Manager. The role blends client relationship management with strategic digital‑marketing execution, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results while maintaining high‑quality production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple premium clients, handling day‑to‑day communication.
• Develop and steer campaign strategy across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketers and media buyers to align tactics with client goals.
• Analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROAS, leads, conversions) and prepare monthly reports and strategic reviews.
• Defend strategic decisions and clearly present results to clients.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, art directors and the performance team.
• Lead and supervise client photoshoots, managing planning, production, styling direction and on‑set client interaction.
• Oversee timelines, revisions, approvals and delivery flow.
• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen client retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management and digital‑marketing experience within an agency.
• Proven track record with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience managing photoshoots and production processes.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑pressure clients with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
