Senior Business Developer – Technology & Digital Solutions

About the role

The Senior Business Developer – Technology & Digital Solutions will lead revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and closing strategic sales opportunities within the technology and digital services market. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored proposals and build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets in partnership with leadership.
• Research, network and qualify new business opportunities across the technology and digital sector.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand client needs, technical requirements and business objectives.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, commercial offers and presentations together with design, development and architecture teams.
• Lead negotiations, manage objections and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships to drive retention, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate handover from sales to delivery teams to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Accounting to align sales activities, pricing and revenue tracking.
• Track and report KPIs such as revenue performance, pipeline status and forecasts using the company CRM.
• Stay informed on digital transformation trends and emerging technologies to enhance value propositions.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in technology solutions, digital services or software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual required, trilingual a plus.
