Senior B2B Sales – Software & Technology Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior B2B Sales professional to drive growth of our software and technology solutions. You will engage prospects through multiple channels, qualify leads, and set up product demonstrations for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow‑up with potential customers.
• Prospect new accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Research target businesses and identify key decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads based on needs and buying potential.
• Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and update CRM with accurate activity data.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead generation.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
• Stay informed about GRIDS Software products and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or lead generation.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling software or technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette, presentation skills and confidence engaging decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
