Senior B2B Sales Representative – Software Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior B2B Sales Representative to drive growth for our software and technology solutions portfolio. You will engage prospects across multiple channels, qualify leads, and set up product demonstrations for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow‑up emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research target businesses, identify key decision‑makers and qualify leads.
• Schedule product demos and meetings for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets and build a healthy pipeline.
• Stay updated on GRIDS Software products and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or lead generation.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling software or technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette, presentation skills and ability to engage decision‑makers.
