Senior Associate, Media

About the role

Mindshare is seeking a Senior Associate, Media to lead the development and execution of advanced digital media strategies. The role will enhance online presence, drive engagement and support growth for client brands in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Analyse market trends and user data to inform data‑driven decisions.
• Design, execute and oversee multi‑channel campaigns (social media, email, digital advertising).
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign processes, including budgeting, performance tracking and reporting.
• Maintain a content calendar that supports audience interests and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high‑quality content.
• Plan and manage paid digital advertising (PPC, display, social media ads).
• Implement SEO best practices and manage SEM campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs, providing insights to optimise ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in digital media or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage projects and contribute to strategic planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
