Senior Architect

About the role

Kronfol Homes is seeking a full‑time Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of residential projects in Beirut. You will be responsible for guiding projects from concept through permitting to construction, ensuring innovative design and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative architectural designs for residential developments.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and permitting to execution and handover.
• Integrate technical solutions and ensure compliance with Lebanese architectural regulations.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electro‑mechanical, structural and site engineers.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in a senior architectural role, preferably on residential projects.
• Deep knowledge of Lebanese architectural codes and regulations.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and leadership experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
