Senior Accountant

About the role

Moustasharoun Bureau is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead daily accounting operations in its Jdaidet El Matn office. The role involves managing the full accounting cycle, supporting tax filings, and ensuring compliance with Lebanese regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, perform month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Handle general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Support internal audit processes and maintain robust internal controls.
• Assist clients and internal teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a consulting or multi‑client environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an asset.
