Seasonal Waiter / Waitress

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic seasonal waitstaff to join our Food & Beverage team in Beirut. The successful candidate will serve food and beverages to guests, delivering courteous, professional and efficient service that reflects the hotel’s standards and Kempinski’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all hotel policies, fire safety regulations and hygiene standards, including HACCP.
• Assist in managing the service team, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain high quality of product presentation and service throughout the outlet.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Support the outlet’s entrepreneurial development by suggesting initiatives that generate additional business.

Required profile

• Education in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage service role.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional, confidential and ethical attitude at all times.
• Passion for food and beverage, people‑oriented, flexible, reliable, tolerant and open‑minded.
