About the role
The leading regional hospitality group seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of its Beirut outlet. You will be the highest on‑ground authority, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all restaurant departments, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and analyse daily sales, service, and cost reports.
- Maintain inventory, control costs, manage cash handling, and ensure health‑and‑safety standards are met.
- Handle customer complaints, monitor client satisfaction, and provide monthly reports to senior management.
- Create staff schedules, track absenteeism, and lead team‑building initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of restaurant management experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with a neat, well‑groomed appearance.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in analysing sales, service, and food‑cost reports.
- Experience with inventory management, cost control, and cash handling procedures.
