About the role

We are looking for a passionate In‑Store Saleswoman to join our luxury fashion boutique located in Mina El Hosn, Beirut. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for high‑end clientele while supporting the boutique’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide tailored assistance throughout their visit.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products that match their style and preferences.
• Present merchandise effectively to drive sales and meet targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique’s presentation aligns with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
