Call Center Agent (English/French)

About the role

ECG Brands, a fast-growing construction franchise group with more than 40 franchises across Canada, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Call Center Agent. The agent works in either the inbound or outbound call center team, depending on operational needs, and must be ready to work different shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries, give accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, share information and support assigned campaigns.
• Document customer interactions, update records and keep accurate information in the relevant systems.
• Escalate complex inquiries or complaints to the appropriate managers when necessary.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while following company policies, quality standards and call center procedures.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and French is a must.
• Previous customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn CRM and call center systems.
• Ability to handle several tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
