Sales Training Manager

About the role

The Sales Training Manager will lead the development and delivery of product and sales training programs for TECNO Mobile's local teams. This role ensures that new mobile phone products, AIOT solutions, retail requirements and company values are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Attend HQ and product training sessions to acquire comprehensive knowledge of new mobile devices, AIOT offerings, retail standards and corporate values.
• Adapt and localise training materials to reflect regional market conditions and deliver them to both field and office staff.
• Onboard new employees by introducing company strategy, product portfolio and operational workflows.
• Conduct regular market visits, gather insights on mobile phone features, incentive policies and channel strategies, and produce reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within the mobile phone industry.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and product positioning.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable training content.
