Sales & Trade Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Trade Marketing Supervisor to lead a small team of sales representatives, ensure strong market execution, and support our e‑commerce initiatives. The role combines field supervision, trade marketing planning, and cross‑functional coordination to drive growth in the FMCG/tobacco distribution sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of four sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to guarantee product visibility, proper placement, and merchandising compliance.
• Monitor sales performance, coverage, route efficiency, and generate analytical reports.
• Plan and execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and in‑store activations across all channels.
• Track competitor actions, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support e‑commerce sales initiatives and contribute to online channel growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision and trade marketing, preferably within FMCG or tobacco distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
