Sales Support Engineer - Electrical

About the role

Bold Lighting is looking for a Sales Support Engineer – Electrical to join its team in Dbayeh, Lebanon. You will act as the technical bridge between sales, engineering and operations, ensuring projects move smoothly from quotation to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and validate commercial quotations, technical submittals and full project documentation.
• Perform lighting calculations and simulations using DIALux and provide technical guidance to sales teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate project pipelines, update the CRM system and generate regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and operations to guarantee timely order fulfilment and smooth execution.
• Serve as the technical liaison for architects, consultants, contractors and distributors during design, mock‑ups, sampling and installation phases.
• Support client presentations, product demonstrations, trade shows and on‑site mock‑ups as required.
• Utilize ERP systems to generate quotations, reports and sales documentation while ensuring accurate internal reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in architectural lighting, construction or technical sales support.
• Exposure to specification‑driven lighting projects; experience in UAE, KSA or US markets is a plus.
• Strong technical communication skills and fluency in English.
