Sales Specialist – Pet Health

About the role

Tribe Wellness is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist (also called Protocol Review Specialist) to promote pet health supplements. Working remotely, you will turn product purchases into lasting health improvements for pets and confidence for their owners.

Key responsibilities

• Sell pet health products and services to prospective customers via phone and online channels.
• Convert inquiries into loyal brand advocates by explaining product benefits and usage.
• Maintain a pipeline of 8‑18 scheduled appointments per day and achieve sales targets.
• Utilise Tribe’s sales tools and training resources to continuously improve performance.

• Passion for health and wellness, especially in the pet sector.
• Self‑starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
