Sales Specialist

About the role

Vertex Advising is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to drive business growth for its HR consulting, recruitment, training, and digital solutions across the MENA region. Based on‑site in Hlaliyeh Saida, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective organisations, presenting our people‑first services and building lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and engage prospective B2B clients in hospitality, healthcare, retail, NGOs and other sectors.
• Conduct outreach through calls, meetings, events and digital channels to showcase Vertex’s HR solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contract terms.
• Close deals in line with revenue targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal HR and consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide market feedback, track performance metrics and contribute to sales forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within HR services, consulting or professional services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, training and organisational development is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Hlaliyeh Saida and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
