Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join World of Business in Saida to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our digital design, branding, marketing and web development services. This full‑time position focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, presenting tailored solutions and ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients across target markets.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase agency services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up leads, close deals and manage the sales pipeline.
• Provide post‑sale support to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to sales strategy development.
• Participate in internal training sessions to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales and sales‑management abilities, including pipeline development, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in agency, marketing or digital services environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or a related field; fluency in English and additional languages preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in basic office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
