Sales Specialist

About the role

Otospot App is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to promote its automotive platform to garage owners and spare‑parts shops across Lebanon. The role is on‑site in Beirut and can be full‑time or part‑time, offering high flexibility and strong earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new leads within the automotive workshop sector.
• Conduct product demonstrations of the Otospot App and its features.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, provide post‑sale support and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and training sessions.
• Record all sales activities accurately in the company’s sales system.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, manage time efficiently and handle multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with mobile apps, automotive services or CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
