Sales Specialist

About the role

BAAL is seeking a Sales Specialist who can blend commercial acumen with a passion for design and craftsmanship. You will work closely with luxury hospitality clients, interior designers, architects, and procurement teams to develop bespoke product solutions from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with hotel groups, designers, procurement firms, and developers.
• Collaborate with BAAL’s design team to create tailored presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate technical development, engineering, materials selection, and R&D with the production atelier.
• Participate in prototype development, sampling, and product testing.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage project timelines across internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, design workshops, and represent BAAL at international exhibitions and industry events.
