Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join First Financial Markets in Beirut, working full‑time on‑site to attract and onboard new traders. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, showcasing the company’s trading platforms and educational services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations of MetaTrader 5 and other trading tools.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline and record activities in the CRM system.
• Guide clients through account opening, verification and onboarding procedures.
• Provide clear information on trading conditions, promotional offers and educational resources.
• Collaborate with marketing, training and customer‑support teams to drive acquisition and retention.
• Meet defined sales targets and contribute to campaign performance reporting.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities in English and Arabic.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales, including lead generation and deal closing.
• Experience delivering product training or platform walkthroughs.
• Background in financial services, online trading or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with MetaTrader 5 or similar trading platforms.
• Competence in basic office software tools.
