Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to manage client relationships, generate leads and support the growth of our market presence. The role combines technical product knowledge with strong communication to ensure customers receive excellent service from inquiry through after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on inquiries and orders, maintaining accurate records.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads and assist business development initiatives.
• Provide after‑sales service, handle complaints in coordination with internal quality control, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and train clients on software usage and technical functionalities.
• Explain product features and specifications clearly.
• Perform software testing and troubleshooting when required.
• Stay informed about new products, market trends and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in technical sales and client support.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
