About the role
IIC – International Insurance Consultants is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join its Lebanon office. The role focuses on engaging clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and delivering customized risk‑management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess client insurance needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting, claims, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in sales management and training to guide team performance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Minimum three years of experience or solid knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
