About the role
EZ Order SAL is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join its Beirut office. The role focuses on managing the complete sales cycle for B2B workplace procurement solutions, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across the office supplies and technology sector.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Track performance against sales targets and report on key metrics.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in sales management and relationship building in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to deliver product training to clients is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
