Sales Specialist – Financial Services Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist to join our financial services team in Jal El Dib. As a Financial Services Consultant you will help individuals and families protect what matters most while building your own professional brand within a global insurance organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify clients' financial protection and wealth planning needs.
• Provide tailored life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Educate clients on the importance of financial security and long‑term planning.
• Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
• Achieve personal and team performance objectives.
• Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and market trends.

Required profile

• Ambitious, driven and relationship‑oriented professional.
• Experience in sales, customer service, insurance, banking, real estate, hospitality or other client‑facing roles (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional, positive and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of success.
• Strong desire to build a long‑term career.
• Official Bac II certificate (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (advantage).
