Sales Representative (Logistics Services)

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote our MMO logistics services, acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships across Lebanon. This field‑focused position combines client outreach, proposal preparation and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients to present logistics solutions.
• Contact existing clients, schedule meetings and address inquiries.
• Visit clients regularly to monitor service quality and gather feedback.
• Prepare and deliver tailored offers, highlighting added value.
• Close deals and coordinate implementation details with the Back‑office team.
• Conduct market studies on pricing, timelines and coverage benchmarks.
• Provide phone support, resolve complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Submit weekly sales reports and share market intelligence with the Commercial Director.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce and Q‑commerce trends and target specialized clients for subscription growth.
• Collaborate with other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in logistics or e‑commerce.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
