Sales Representative

About the role

CreatorLab is a fast‑growing digital media agency that partners with TikTok creators and live streamers. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, confident communicators who enjoy persuading people and helping creators boost their income.

Key responsibilities

• Identify active TikTok creators who could benefit from our agency services.
• Reach out to them via TikTok, Instagram, or other social platforms.
• Initiate conversations and move promising leads to WhatsApp or phone calls.
• Explain the advantages of joining CreatorLab and address any questions.
• Convince creators to sign up and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and manage your pipeline of leads.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Comfortable contacting new people daily and building rapport.
• Organized, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
• Positive attitude and ambition; degree is not required.
