About the role
Leeway is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to promote its ERP, website, AI and automation solutions to businesses across multiple sectors. You will act as the primary liaison between prospects and our technical teams, guiding clients from initial contact through implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
- Conduct client meetings to understand operational needs and business challenges.
- Present and demonstrate ERP, website and digital transformation solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Support clients during pre‑sales and post‑sales phases and follow up on project progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in technology sales or business development.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, website solutions, eCommerce platforms and core business workflows (accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in professional English.
- Organized, proactive and able to work independently.
- Interest in AI, automation or digital transformation is a plus.
