Sales Representative – Insurance

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Sales Representative based in Beirut, Lebanon. You will drive new business opportunities for Core Shield Insurance, build lasting client relationships, and present tailored insurance solutions while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business prospects across individuals, families and businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present, explain and customize insurance products and services to meet client needs.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide personalized guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation track record with a results‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies and services.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent (Bac 2 completed).

Required skills

• Proficiency with client relationship management (CRM) tools.
