Sales Representative - F&B Coffee Shops

About the role

HOLDAL is looking for a Sales Representative to grow its presence across coffee shops and food and beverage outlets. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring product availability and identifying opportunities to increase sales and market coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing existing customers and acquiring new coffee shops and F&B outlets.
• Conduct regular customer visits, manage assigned routes, follow up on orders and identify ways to increase sales.
• Expand distribution and product availability across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on stock levels, product availability and order requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing and brand teams on promotions, product launches and in-store activations.
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing and promotions, and track sales performance, customer feedback and market developments.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments with the relevant internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in food and beverages, coffee, beverages or FMCG distribution.
• Experience with coffee shops, cafés, restaurants or other HORECA customers is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory as required.
