Sales Representative – Building Materials

About the role

Saint‑Gobain is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote its building‑materials portfolio across the Lebanese market. You will be the primary point of contact for existing clients and will actively seek new business opportunities, helping to drive growth and strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Saint‑Gobain products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales orders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to forecasting.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests and product‑related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, reporting insights to the Sales Team Leader.
• Prepare regular sales reports and participate in sales meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building‑materials.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence.
