Sales Professional (Retail)

About the role

RezlanHome is seeking a full‑time Sales Professional to join its Beirut store. You will interact directly with customers, understand their home‑lifestyle needs, and recommend the right products to enhance their living spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer queries.
• Prepare quotes and process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Track inventory and assist with order‑management tools.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and support promotional campaigns.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or field sales, preferably in home, furniture or lifestyle products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with active listening and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory/order‑management tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Beirut, including weekends or extended hours.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Organised with attention to detail in handling customer information and orders.
• Professionalism, integrity and respect for diverse customers and colleagues.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Retail Management) is advantageous.
