About the role
RTI Development is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the commercial success of its residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects in Lebanon. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building strategic relationships and ensuring the sell‑out of project inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales activities for all RTI development projects in Lebanon.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that maximise project performance and profitability.
- Drive direct sales and manage key client and investor relationships.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure project inventory is sold in line with business objectives and development timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with in‑house marketing, digital lead generation and CRM teams to support sales efforts.
Required profile
- Ambitious, commercially driven and highly connected professional.
- Proven track record as a sales leader in real‑estate or property development.
- Strong network with investors, high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Ability to build market presence and establish strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
