Sales Manager – Insurance Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team in Jal El Dib. The role combines financial advising, team leadership, and business development to drive growth of our insurance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of insurance sales consultants.
• Set clear sales targets and monitor performance against them.
• Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting, client meetings, and networking.
• Grow existing client portfolios and promote Fidelity’s insurance solutions.
• Analyze market trends and collaborate with management to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and team performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales and team management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
