Sales Manager – Insurance Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team. The role focuses on life insurance and long‑term investment plans while offering the flexibility to sell all insurance lines. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, coaching staff, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute personal sales activities, generate new business and establish introducer relationships.
• Recruit, train, and coach a team of insurance sales consultants to meet growth targets.
• Lead by example, ensuring a professional and ethical approach to insurance consultancy and sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, trustworthy and able to build long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relations and lead a team.
• Results‑oriented with high determination, self‑discipline, tenacity and persistence.
• High personal integrity and ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to stay updated on local insurance market developments.
