Sales Manager – AI-Powered Outbound Sales

About the role

SMART AI GROUP is looking for a remote Sales Manager to drive adoption of SalesPad, its AI‑powered outbound sales platform. You will work with B2B teams worldwide, helping them generate qualified leads, run outreach campaigns and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including discovery calls, product demos, proposals, negotiations and contract signing.
• Conduct online meetings with decision‑makers across multiple time zones.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline in a CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal product, onboarding and customer‑success teams to guarantee smooth implementation.
• Continuously track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing B2B deals, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with remote selling, video conferencing and managing a virtual sales process.
• Strong self‑motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently.
