Sales Executive – Construction & Building Materials

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in the construction and building‑materials sector. You will own the full sales cycle from contract signing to product hand‑over, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by contacting contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate project progress with internal engineering teams and external clients to ensure timely contract signing.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, including technical questions and drawing requests.
• Collaborate with the Credit Controller to follow up on payments.
• Oversee all project phases to guarantee on‑time delivery and proper hand‑over of the product.
• Provide basic technical support to architects and consultants when required.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, management or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of sales experience in construction or building‑materials.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and result‑driven attitude.
