About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with strong customer engagement. The role involves identifying new opportunities, preparing accurate offers, and ensuring successful delivery and after‑sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new customers through site visits, meetings and market monitoring to generate leads.
- Conduct market research and sales visits within assigned territories to expand the customer base.
- Prepare precise sales offers and quotations for standard products and coordinate non‑standard proposals with relevant departments.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals, including Bills of Quantities and engineering drawings, and respond to bid requests.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth sales implementation, secure necessary approvals and maintain organized documentation.
- Apply approved price lists to customer portfolios, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
- Oversee delivery, installation and commissioning of sold products, verifying completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, respond promptly to inquiries and support after‑sales service.
- Produce daily visit reports, sales performance summaries and market studies; collaborate with the Sales Manager on plans and receivable collection.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and customer‑relation abilities.
- Strong technical understanding of product specifications.
