About the role

The Sales Development Representative will drive new business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through proactive outreach. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to turn leads into qualified prospects and support the company’s expansion goals.

Key responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Partner with the sales team to design and execute targeted outreach strategies.
Record all interactions and progress accurately in the CRM system.
Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position solutions.

Required profile

Proven experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation roles.
Hands‑on experience with cold calling and direct sales techniques.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and lead generation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
