Sales Development Representative – HR Focus

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Development Representative (HR) to join our fully remote sales team. In this position you will engage qualified inbound leads via calls and online meetings, understand their hiring challenges, and present tailored program solutions that add value and drive success.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging online meetings to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution‑based selling strategies.
• Utilize tools and resources to follow up consistently with prospects and close sales.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in telemarketing, call‑center, phone sales, or virtual sales.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
