Sales Development Representative – AI & Tech Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed organization. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, selling cutting‑edge technology solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers to understand their business needs.
• Qualify prospects, book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes in the provided systems.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries and offers.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without heavy reliance on scripts.
• Maintain consistent calling activity, meet individual and team performance targets and apply coaching feedback to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, patience and persistence to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and able to work several hours of cold calling each day.
• Coachability and ability to absorb feedback rapidly.
• Available Monday‑Friday 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM and able to work onsite at Beirut Digital District.
