Sales & Customer Service Representative – Education Sector

About the role

CIS College is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join its Jbeil branch. You will promote the college’s training courses, guide prospective students through the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of training courses to walk‑in visitors, phone callers, and online leads.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Provide detailed information on course schedules, pricing, and prerequisites.
• Assist students with registration, document verification, and payment plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for post‑registration inquiries, handling complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a lead database, follow up promptly, and generate regular sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and administrative teams to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education counseling is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
