Sales Consultant

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Consultant position is based in Beirut, Lebanon. You will work directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance and financial protection needs, presenting MetLife’s products and guiding them through the application and enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the insurance and financial services market.
• Meet with clients to assess their protection needs and present tailored proposals.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while building long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional, customer‑facing environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, manage a prospect pipeline, and organize daily activities efficiently.
• High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and respect for confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (BACC 2 is mandatory).
