Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will identify prospects for insurance plans and manage a portfolio of clients. You will meet potential customers, understand their needs and match them with appropriate insurance products and services, while also handling policy renewals and ongoing client support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term relationships with clients and assess their insurance needs.
• Prospect for leads from various sources to build a database of potential customers.
• Conduct daily client visits to evaluate insurance requirements.
• Prepare and submit new applications with accurate information and ensure premium settlements.
• Provide after‑sales service to improve customer satisfaction and plan follow‑up visits.
• Complete daily activity reports and review performance ratios with the unit manager weekly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill policy requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through training and networking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or tele‑sales within soft‑service sectors such as consulting, banking, insurance or internet services.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.
