About the role
The Sales Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Sinn Al Fil, engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, present suitable product options, and deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and prepare clear quotations.
- Explain policy details, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Maintain regular follow‑ups, manage renewals, and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Track sales activities and contribute to individual and team sales targets.
Required profile
- Proficiency in sales consulting with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial‑services sales is preferred.
- Ability to work on‑site in Sinn Al Fil and manage a client portfolio in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using CRM or sales support tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English or French is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
