Sales Consultant – Fitness Center

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Fitness Zone branch in Promenade Waterfront City – Dbayeh. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing members, guiding them through our membership options and fitness programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with visitors, answer inquiries in person, by phone or digital channels, and conduct guided tours of the facility.
• Promote and sell membership plans, fitness programmes and ancillary services, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into long‑term members and maintain accurate records in the sales/CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with front‑desk staff and coaching teams to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all Fitness Zone offerings and pricing.

Required profile

• Strong sales and consulting abilities with a focus on understanding client needs.
• Excellent communication skills for face‑to‑face, phone and digital interactions.
• Customer‑service mindset aimed at high satisfaction and member retention.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM or membership‑management systems.
• Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
