Sales Account Manager

About the role

Sprint Gates is seeking a Sales Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for SME and enterprise clients, helping them maximise the value of the CoreSRP platform and related services. You will combine business acumen with technical understanding to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of SME and enterprise accounts, serving as trusted advisor.
• Grow accounts through CoreSRP expansions, renewals, and cross‑selling consultancy and custom development services.
• Understand each client’s operations and goals, collaborating with technical teams to shape precise solutions.
• Lead commercial conversations from discovery and proposals through negotiation and close.
• Run regular business reviews that demonstrate measurable impact of technology investments.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast pipeline with confidence.
• Channel client feedback to product and delivery teams to influence future development.

Required profile

• 3+ years in B2B account management or sales, preferably selling software, SaaS, ERP‑type platforms, or technology services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Comfort discussing technical solutions with both business leaders and IT stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organised, self‑driven and genuinely curious about how businesses operate.
