Sales Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS)

About the role

Qureos is looking for a high‑performing Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth across mid‑market and enterprise accounts. You will focus on the UK market, managing the full sales cycle and helping companies adopt AI‑powered hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting and outbound outreach to negotiation and contract signing.
• Generate and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present Qureos’ AI recruitment platform to HR leaders and talent acquisition teams.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing relationships and close new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account executive or full‑cycle closing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Strong experience selling into the UK market with knowledge of regional business culture and procurement processes.
• Experience managing complex enterprise and mid‑market sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Consultative and solution‑selling techniques.
• Outbound sales, lead generation, and GTM execution.
• Familiarity with AI, HRTech, or recruitment technology (strongly preferred).
